The BRS-1500 produces up to 1500 fully twisted pretzels/hour/person, all you need to do is bake them! The shape and weight of each pretzel can be adjusted per your requirements and you can continue to use your traditional dough recipe that your customers have become accustomed to. Flexibility makes the difference!

In addition to traditional Bavarian and Swabian style pretzels, the BRS-1500 also produces other shapes such as straight sticks, round rings and cone shaped pretzels. Changing from one style to the other is quick and easy for the operator to do. Watch the video to see the BRS-1500 in action.
